Open Houses
 
Agents and home sellers hosting an open house within Mountain Bridge are required to follow the community's Open House Guidelines.
Prior to hosting an open house, the agent or home seller must register the open house with the Association Office at least one week prior. Agents/sellers can accomplish this by providing the following information via email to MBInformation@ccmcnet.com.
  • Agency Name, Email Address, Contact Person
  • Name and Phone Number of Open House Host
  • Date and Time of Open House
  • Neighborhood and Address of Open House
