New Owners

Welcome to Mountain Bridge, on behalf of the Board of Directors, we are so happy to welcome you to the community. New owners should make their first stop at the Community Association Office located at 8730 E. Mountain Bridge Drive, Mesa, AZ, 85207. The onsite staff is available Monday through Friday (8: am to 4:00 pm) to welcome new owners and commence setting things up to make life easier and to become familiar with the community amenities.  

 

As the title company will not notify the Association of the closing for as much as a month post closing, new owners need to provide verification of ownership (the HUD form from closing will work) when meeting with the staff.  Further, please bring all vehicular gate remotes and amenity (white cards) access cards so that their ownership can be transferred.
