Paper Statements:
If you have not arranged for e-statements, all billing notices are provided on paper through the USPS mail service. The statement is sent to the billing address on file (from the closing documents provided to CCMC). Remember, assessments are due quarterly, and the statement is a reminder of this obligation. If the homeowner does not receive a statement, the balance remains due on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
CCMC E-Statements: 
You control how statements are delivered by completing the e-mail statement opt-in process. Using e-statements is an easy solution for owners who travel, live in the community seasonally, or never have time to pick up the mail. After signing up for this service, keep your e-mail address up-to-date with CCMC so you don't miss the reminders. Of course, failure to receive a statement via mail or e-mail does not relieve you of the requirement to pay your association assessments, so be sure to mark the quarterly dates on your calendar:

  • July 1
  • October 1
Recurring Electronic Check Payments:
Your assessments may be automatically deducted from your checking account. This service is FREE. The easiest way to avoid missing a payment is to sign-up for an automatic draft from your bank account - usually about the 6th of the month.

Recurring/Debit/Credit Options:
Please double-check your account number and remittance address when setting up a bill payment service to Alliance Association Bank (AAB); the correct account number is essential for proper posting. 
Memo/Account Number: Management Company ID (6675) - Association ID (173) - Account Number. 
The account number has no dashes or spaces.
Online One-Time Services: 
It happens, time slips away and you need to make a payment fast. Consider these one-time options for paying association assessments.
Electronic Check Payments – Pay your assessment online one time only. This service is $2.95 per transaction.
Payment with Credit/Debit Cards – Make a one-time payment with a credit or debit card.
  • Credit Card service fee- 3.5%
  • Debit Card flat fee of $5 is charged by the bank.
By Mail: Payments must include the detachable coupon portion of the statement and the check.

Quarterly assessments may be dropped off at the Association office without a statement if you include the property address.
  • If you visit after office hours, there is a brown lockbox to the right of the office door.
  • Post-dated checks will not be held.
  • The Association does not accept cash payments. However, money orders, cashier checks, and personal checks* are acceptable.
*Canadian checks are NOT accepted in person; this check type does not process through the Association's scanner.
