Upon purchasing a home in Mountain Bridge, residents become members of the Mountain Bridge Community Association.
  • Association members are responsible for paying quarterly dues to support community operations by these dates: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. 
  • Benefited parcels are the Villas neighborhoods, Bella Via, and Entrada, which pay an additional assessment for amenities that solely benefit that neighborhood. 
  • Ellsworth Villas is the only neighborhood without a gate; the assessment reflects it.
  • Estrella Vista, Ellsworth Villas, and Canyon Preserve are Mountain Bridge neighborhoods, although not directly connected to the central development area.
  • The Association only collects the Reserve Fee upon the sale of the house. Therefore, it is up to the buyer and seller to decide which pays this fee.
